      3 This C library provides functions for manipulating the Planck function:
      4 calculating its monochromatic value or its integral over an arbitrary
      5 spectral interval. It also lets you invert these quantities in terms of
      6 brightness temperature, and perform spectral sampling using Planck's
      7 function as a probability density function.
