stardis: Lea's paper reference updated

In the validation section, link to the article published in Computer
Physics Communications and no longer to its pre-printed version.

Note that this emphasizes that the article has been peer-reviewed and
validated, but prevents free access to the article's content. Perhaps
the two should be linked?
